Bayside moving story - Gerry and Patricia

Gerry and his wife, Patricia, were at a turning point in their lives. Their two
children were all grown up and had moved out of the family home, ready to start
a new chapter. A typically bittersweet time for many, the couple decided that
now was the time to have their very own fresh start.

Always a pair to enjoy a holiday by the sea, Gerry and Patricia had long dreamed about
eventually moving to a beautiful apartment by the beach, but when they had
looked at what was available, nothing quite fit the bill. Either it wasn’t
modern enough, or there wasn’t any parking - they just didn’t see anything that
ticked all the boxes.

That was until Bayside Apartments came along. Local to Worthing, Gerry and Patricia had
seen the hoarding around the development site and enquired immediately.

After meeting with Max Harbron Gerry said: “It was the right development in the
right location at the right time. It was as though it was meant to be!”

Construction has been rapidly progressing the past few months, and the beautiful design is really taking shape. As the couple live locally, they have been excitedly keeping up with the progress and have enjoyed hearing the regular updates from Roffey Homes and Michael Jones.

Gerry commented: “It’s fair to say that we have been impressed with Michael Jones
and everyone we have been in contact with. It’s been a smooth and pleasant
process.” 

Gerry and Patricia are looking forward to the day they get their keys and move into
their dream apartment on the seafront and we are delighted to play a part in creating
a new, exciting chapter of their lives.
