Construction work at Bayside Apartments, our iconic new development of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom luxury homes has progressed rapidly over the last few months with the first apartments aiming to be completed by December 2020 and finished by February 2021.
Since launching, we have received a huge amount of interest and as we release the final phase of apartments, we are also announcing the opportunity to participate in the Government’s Help To Buy initiative, allowing people to purchase their new-build home with a minimum 5% deposit up to a value of £600,000. Prices at the development start from £375,000.
The Help to Buy scheme qualifies those who are eligible to buy a newly built home, the Government supplements your deposit by loaning you up to 20% of the purchase price, which gives you a potential deposit totalling 25%. You can then apply for a mortgage of 75%* to make up the full purchase price of the property. (*Individual circumstances apply, dependent on your income and expenditure.)
