Bayside Buyer Moving Story – Robert and Jacqueline

Robert and his wife Jacqueline lived in Henfield, West Sussex and were keen to find a new home to downsize to. They had always kept an eye on developments by Roffey Homes and were impressed with other local projects. When they realised that Roffey were launching Bayside Apartments, they immediately got in touch with Michael Jones & Company’s New Homes department to keep abreast of the development and its progress.

After looking at several other developments over the past five years, Bayside was the one that ticked all the boxes, so they swiftly made an appointment to sit down with Max Harbron, Associate Director at Michael Jones to discover more about the apartments and lifestyle the prestigious new development would provide. Robert said: “Max was extremely thorough in informing us and showing us the apartments on offer. We bombarded him with queries, and he was extremely helpful and patient”.

The reputation and track record of Roffey Homes stood out to Robert and Jacqueline and they were keen to take steps to secure their own property. Since forming in 1960, Roffey has set out to build quality homes that people can be proud of that not only reflect, but also enhance the surrounding environment. What Robert and Jacqueline love most about Bayside is the idyllic location and opportunity to own a property right on the beachfront with no road between the apartments and sea. They are excited by the prospect of living in a quality and spacious apartment offering panoramic sea views that is still within walking distance to Worthing’s vibrant town centre.

Robert continued: “Having not bought a property for 26 years and buying off plan we thought the process was going to be onerous. In effect it proved to be smooth and without problem. Whatever query we had regarding the design we put to Max and the response was always with 24 hours and thorough. We have been very impressed; what a great team”.

After selling their house much faster than expected, the couple are currently living locally while construction continues. They are eagerly awaiting completion next year and we very much look forward to handing over the keys to their new dream home.
