Sales at Worthing’s iconic development site reach 60% as progress ramps-up

The past few weeks have seen major progress at the Bayside Apartments development site, situated next to Splashpoint Leisure Centre. The basement is now complete, and the main structure is beginning to rise above the hoardings with the main Vista Tower already reaching level seven. Balustrades will soon be fitted to the Vista balconies which will give a real sense of the building’s grand design and it is anticipated that the top floors will be in place by the end of the summer.
